Brendan Abbott, Chieftain of Inner Sydney Brewers, won his category at this year's Sydney Beer Week Pro-Am with his toasty, complex yet refreshing Vienna Lager. Scaling up from his home kit, he brewed "Das Abbott" at White Bay Brewery, collaborating on the recipe, can art, and brewing process.
