CRUSHER is a hazy, full flavoured pale ale brewed with our beloved house ale yeast. We fermented this beer at colder temperatures to slowly develop and lock in flavours.

Sunny is our interpretation of a modern Australian Pale ale.

Sunny undergoes generous whirlpool hop additions as well as a double dry hop to build in layers of hop derived flavours. Our house ale yeast strain also contributes a wonderful fruity character. Common descriptors of Sunny amongst the brew crew include words like " tropical", "passionfruit delight with underpinnings of mango and pineapple sage".

Sunny is unfiltered and spends a minimum of 28 days in the fermenter prior to packaging. The tank time and lack of filtration allows us to express Sunny in what we believe to be it's best form.

Lager is our pride and joy, our go-to beer for any occasion.  

Lager is fermented cold and under pressure. Fermentation under pressure allows for better carbonation and better foam in the finished beer. Lager spends at least 56 days in the fermenter prior to packaging, this time in tank allows flavours to gently settle and develop over time. 

Our Lager boasts flavours of fresh sourdough pretzel, soft minerality and a touch of lemony, citrusy zest thanks to a combination of classic German hops.

GANTRY CRANE - 5.0% ABV

We brewed this beer as an ode to one of our brew team's favourite styles. Comprised of 100% imported Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Gantry Crane underwent a lengthy and arduous multi step mash and was generously hopped with Sladek and Saaz hops. Gantry Crane was cold fermented under pressure, naturally carbonated and had 10 weeks of cold conditioning in tank prior to packaging. This baby is absolutely purring! A beer we have been looking forward to making and drinking for a very long time.
