From day one, we’ve focused on brewing clean, precise, and expressive lagers from our home in a heritage-listed steel mill on the edge of Sydney Harbour. But our love of beer goes beyond one style. From hop-forward hazies to malt-driven dark beers, we craft a full spectrum with the same care and precision.

Honest beer, no shortcuts
Our core range Lager claimed Champion Independent Beer at the 2022 Independent Beer Awards, and we’ve earned a loyal following for refined takes on traditional European styles, like our Czech-style Pilsner. While lagers are our signature, we also brew a rotating lineup of limited releases, always driven by flavour, balance, and quality.
Our down-to-earth approach means keeping things grounded, but never ordinary. Every beer is a reflection of craft and care, brewed for people who appreciate the difference.
Local heart, broader horizons
Since opening our taproom in 2022, White Bay has become a favourite local hangout - a place to enjoy beers brewed metres from where you’re sitting. You’ll also find us in great venues and bottleshops across Sydney and beyond.
In 2024, we launched a rebrand and joined the Sydney Swans as their official beer partner. A year later, we merged with Hawkers Beer to form Social Drinks Group - helping us reach more drinkers while staying true to our roots in lager and community.
